    Hello,

My custom login page now randomly says:

The access to that page has been restricted by the administrator of this website. Please try again later.

    Hello @shufflewire,

There is a new version released. Please update your SiteGround Security plugin and test the case again.

I now don’t get the nonce issue, but I get:

Please copy the backup codes below and use them if you’ve lost access to your authenticator app:

    (no backup codes though)

    Thank you for your update.

The backup codes are listed bellow the message you listed. Here is an example: https://prnt.sc/1gl70on

They can be found in the user area under wp-admin -> Users -> Profile -> 2FA Backup Codes.

In case they are not listed in your profile and you are still unable to see them in the 2FA setup, please update the thread with your website URL, so we can further look on the matter.

Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

    Best Regards,
    Elena

We’re having this same problem with custom login url. Users get the error “The access to that page has been restricted by the administrator of this website” when trying to login. All plugins and themes etc are up to date.

    How do we resolve this?
