The Account cannot be create and retrieve data from API server to get started

    Hi. The plugin in my website cannot retrieve any data from API server and cannot use it. Even i have deactivate other plugin and try, still cannot get to start.

    And i try refresh account data, still not working. It appear:
    Error refreshing your account data. Please enable debug mode to find the error.

    And i try to debug it, it appear:

    MyCryptoCheckout: Action mycryptocheckout_retrieve_account called!
    MyCryptoCheckout: WARNING: Unable to retrieve our account details: Unable to retrieve new account data.

    Is there any way to solve it?

    If you enable WP_DEBUG, do you get any proper error message at all?

    Or if you enable MCC debug mode in the global settings tab?

    The debug i show is from the global settings tab.

    if enable WP_DEBUG, it will appear:
