The active theme has changed, upload files to ensure proper operation.
-
So I am trying to upgrade a wordpress installation for a client and get them using the most recent version of wordpress(3.3.2). I updated all of the plugins. Then updated wordpress. I checked the site and everything works fine. But, when I go back to the dashboard I can no longer access the Apperance -> Menus Section. I can see Themes and Widgets but not Menus. I deactivated all plugins. Still does not show up. I switched back to the twenty eleven theme. And I can see Menus again. But I now get a notice when I switch themes
“The active theme has changed, upload files please now to ensure proper operation.”
I can’t figure out what that means. I found one place where it referenced the W3 Total Cache plugin. So I deactivated it. Still get the issue. What files are missing? I have tried removing everything in the functions.php file in my theme and that also did not change anything. I also deactivated all plugins and reinstalled WordPress 3.3.2. Still have the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
