the add forum tab not showing

  • Do you mean Form tab? I am having the same issue. I just installed Give on a fresh WordPress install as well as an existing site and the All Forms and Add Form options are missing.

    That is exacly what is showing me. Just those tabs. i dont see all forms and add forms at all.

    Hi guys, something must have gone wrong in the installation. I’d suggest the following:

    1) Go to “Donations > Settings” then the Advanced Options Tab
    2) Enable the “Completely Uninstall” option
    3) Uninstall the plugin
    4) Download the plugin from www.ads-software.com/plugin/give
    5) Upload it via the “Add Plugin” > Upload function

    Try that out and let me know how it goes.

    I have done this on various different websites, still no options to view forms or add a new one. After downloading 1.4.5 and installing it, everything is appearing. Could this be a result of the update vs. the install?

    UPDATE: After installing 1.4.5 and then updating it to 1.5, the Add Forms and All Forms options remain. This may be an issue with first time installs with version 1.5. Maybe something to keep an eye on Matt. As a first time user, I certainly experienced some frustration. All good though!

    Conorseed and Justinc908, was this a first time install vs a plug in update? If so, maybe try downloading this version and uploading it to the site once you completely delete everything. https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/give.1.4.5.zip

    Then feel free to update. This worked for me.

    OK, we’re digging into it. To make that easier, use our WP-Rollback plugin to revert to 1.4.5 and then do the upgrade to 1.5:

    Thanks ToranDobni! Do all the functions seem to operate as normal when you do it that way? My concern is that there may be a deeper issue with 5.0…

    Not sure, was in the same boat as you. First time using the plugin. You can take Matt’s advice and roll it back to 1.4.5 in the meantime and just run with it until they update everything.

    I used the roll back plugin and went back to 1.4.5 the updated to 1.5 and got it to work. Thank you!! You are awesome!!
