    The plugin doesn’t add any styling to the voting, so it’s probably your theme that is aligning it that way. You can target the voting form in CSS by it’s container div.nggv_container if you want to tweak any styling.
    If you can provided a URL to see your gallery, perhaps I can even give you CSS that works specifically for your theme.
