    Hello there!

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue.

Will it be okay for you to provide some details so I can see the full picture, please? Are you trying to change this text on the default website language or indeed trying to translate it to other website languages? Please, specify. And also specify the way you’re doing it so I can double-check everything locally. Thanks!

    Hi,

I tried to translate it to other languages with the loco plugin.

But it doesn’t work, maybe we need to update the pot file or something?

    Hello there!

    Thank you for the clarification!

Sorry to disappoint you, but the Loco Translate plugin can’t be used as a multilingual solution on your website, as far as I know.

This plugin is very helpful though, but only with the main website language. For the multilingual website functionality, you will need to use a plugin like WPML or Polylang.

But keep in mind that we haven’t tested our plugin with such multilingual solutions and we can’t be 100% sure that it’s compatible with them. Perhaps you will have to duplicate all the events for each particular language and then use different (appropriate) events for different timetables on different website pages.

I thought you have some misunderstanding. I tried to translate it as the main website language. I hope it’s clear to you now.

    Hello there!

Sorry for such a delayed response.

But I would like to inform you that pretty much any default plugin text can be changed with the help of this third-party plugin that I mentioned before – Loco Translate. This plugin is useful with the default/main website languages and should be helpful in your case where you’re trying to change the source text of the plugin filter. I just tried it out in my local environment and it worked perfectly fine.

If it’s still relevant and you still have some troubles with that – please, submit a support ticket on our website and we’ll be glad to help you.
