    Hey Brian,

    How are you testing it? Using the “Preview Email” button (it will not render there) – or by completing a test donation (will render)? Also, you have access to our priority support as a paying customer: https://givewp.com/support/

    I’ve done it by running a test donation and also by doing a full transaction. I sent an email to priority support, I didn’t hear back.
