The analytics customer info shows as a blank page

  • Hi,

    When going into the Analytics, on the main page there is a widget with the top spending customers. The customers are clickable and I was expecting to see all the customer’s orders or something. But the page that opens is just blank

    The url that forms is like this

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Fcustomers&filter=single_customer&customers=4

    replace “4” with the customer id i guess

    Earlier after updating to wp 5.7 and wc 5.1 even the settings page in the analytics was blank. I fixed that by installing the latest version of the WC admin separately … but this page of a customer still shows as blank.

    It does this for any customer

    Any insight on this please?

    Is this happening for this one particular customer, or all customers?

    A blank page would usually translate to a server error, and could be something like memory exhaustion.

    Have you looked at the fatal-error log under “WooCommerce > Status > Logs” to see what errors are showing up there? You are welcome to post them back here, along with your sites’ status report.

    Thank you for the answer
    Unfortunately it happens with any customer
    I checked the logs and nothing is there. Only some errors in regards to the functions.php file from yesterday when i forgot to put a comma and the site crashed. Other than that nothing else
