The archive page takes a long time to load

I reported this problem in pro version but no one answers me, it’s this ticket # 105361.
After disabling your plugin, the archive page loads much faster, I don’t know where the error is. I have shared the page data and more information there.
maybe someone here can help me, I’m waiting for an answer, I paid for the pro and the support is not working ??
