The article ratings have disappeared

    The article ratings have disappeared since the last update of the plugin (I am in Version 3.4.5). I use ACF for info.

    If you could help me, that would be great.

    We didn’t make any major update that would result to the reported issue. Are you sure you or another plugin didn’t mess with your WordPress database data?

    Are you in charge of your website administration? If yes, do you recall making any database related change?

    Consider rolling back your site to a backup at the time everything was ok.

    Another option is to deactivate all plugins, except for our plugin and see if the rating shows up.

    If it does, reactivate your plugins one at a time to find the plugin that is causing it to disappear.
