The asterisk next to the required fields is not displayed

    As per title. The asterisk next to the required fields is not displayed even if it is selected. However, if i uncheck, appears the “optional field”.

    Another question:
    is it possible to insert a form into an email with html?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    As it happens, you cannot embed a form into a HTML email, sorry! But you can certainly just link to a page on your website that shows just the form — maybe that’s a good alternative to try out.
