    I have open the given url but I am unable to see the attachment file.

    Related to the attachment file type, our plugin only allow the PDF files.

    Please make sure that, you can only uploading the PDF files.

    Or you can share screenshot about backend how to upload the file and front side screen so, we get the idea about your query and help you in better way.
