The author stylesheet specified in tag ‘style amp-custom’ is too long

You are facing this problem because this is a limitation in AMP that more than 50000 bytes can’t be used in style amp-custom and your site having 95409 bytes.

Because you are using ‘WP Product Review’ plugin, this is adding extra css for the review section.

Can you please try by enabling “Optimize CSS (beta)” option(https://tinyurl.com/w3am7gs) in AMP settings and test if the total CSS is under 50kb and it is resolving the issue.

Thanks for the reply. It didn’t work. Still, the bytes are over the limit. Now, what should I do?

You can enable ‘Minify’ , ‘Leverage Browser Caching’ , ‘Optimize CSS (beta)’ options by following this steps: AMP –> Settings –> Performance –> Minify (https://tinyurl.com/wue4h7e)

and you should clear the server side cache / plugin cache and check if the issue is solved or not.

Can you please tell me are you using any plugin for this table? Because this table adding more CSS class on your website. So you have got this error.

1. Can you please remove the review plugin and check once if the issue is having or not.

2. Otherwise, Google Increases AMP Custom CSS Limit By 50%. So Can you please wait for their updates.
