    Have you tried re-installing the plugin? Also, are you using any Ditty News Ticker extensions?

    I did reinstall and all is ok, except that the wordpress admin screen has a message that a plugin update was unsuccessful and to retry…can’t get rid of it.

    And yes, I have a couple of your extensions.

    Could you create a private ticket here https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/ and provide temporary access to your dashboard & ftp? I’m not quite sure what is going on.

    Which plugin is throwing the unsuccessful error?

    I think it is the news ticker…because it was the one that failed to update.
