To help us investigate could you please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

You also mentioned you narrowed this down to the specific Stripe plugin in use, can you tell us what you’re seeing or what steps you took to narrow this down? Having an idea of what’s been done so far will help us going forward.

All you have to do is click Settings > Payments > Stripe and check your error logs. You will see it in there. That error was a common issue with the 6.5.1 WooCommerce version. Anytime you click the WooCommerce admin links in that version it would throw that error. They fixed it with the 6.6.0 update, but it’s still lingering with the Stripe plugin.

The deprecation notice was fixed with WooCommerce core 6.6.0 released on 2022-06-14. You can read more about the fix here:

I’m not seeing any deprecation notice with the latest WC core version (6.6.1) and WC Stripe (6.4.1) running on my test site. Can you clear transients in WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

If the issue persists, in order for us to check this further can you send us your site’s System Status as requested above?

I cleared transients and the issue still persists. I am able to recreate it on every website I’m using WooCommerce and Stripe. Did you follow my steps and check your php error log?

Thanks for sending over the system status report.

As mentioned earlier I’m not able to replicate your issue. There is no error in Settings > Payments > Stripe and I haven’t found any related error logs.

Can you please follow the steps below and let us know if anything changes?

1. Clear the cache on your site and server. To purge WP Rocket cache follow the instructions here. For server cache contact your host and ask them to disable it.

2. Run current pending actions (not actions scheduled in the future) in WordPress Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions by hovering over the pending action and then clicking the run link.

3. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce core and Woocommerce Stripe. Temporarily change the theme to Storefront.

After this, let us know if the issue is resolved. If not, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
