    So far I’ve tried deactivate all other plugins to rule out conflicts between plugins, and I’m running on a 5.8.2 version. Ask me if you need more info. @plugin_author

    This icon does not seem to be from our plugin.

    Can you please share a screenshot of the setting page to check where the issue come from?

    Now I switched back to your plugin.

    I’m uncertain which part of the setting you needed me to screenshot, because there’s no error shown. It just nothing happened after clicking the button on our website.

    Hi,

    Can you please try deactivating the Ajax Search Pro plugin?

    If the issue persists even after it, please disable all of your site’s plugins except for WPFront Scroll Top, to confirm and rule out any code conflicts on your site?

    I did that in the first place as I stated in my original post; I just deactivated all my plugin one by one again except yours, sadly the issue persists.
