    Hello,
    after the update today 2022-10-28, the backup freezes at 93%. All Plugins are up to date!

    I also have no more information from the plugin about the Error.
    Can I support you with Information that can help you? Only: SOMETHING WENT WRONG…

    May we know, if the plugin generates the backup log?

    If it is, could you please, send us the backup log file, so we can analyze the issue?

    In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using an FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
