This back up plugin does what other do not!
Installed this on my local server, I use wamp to build the themes and do a backup. I then use a managed wordpress hosting, like Godaddy, Installed the them I built from and this plugin. Downloaded the backup files from the plugin created on the local host and restored the back up ( complete data base and files ) to the wordpress managed one, And in a matter of minutes the site was transferred exactly like on the local host. I just needed to log back in with the user and password created on the local host.
