The best balance between Price/Quality.

  • I’ve already tested a lot of other software, but this one has the best balance between Price/Quality.

    However, they need to improve the iOS app. A lot of times I’m not on a desktop/laptop computer, and the iOS app has a lot of missing features and doesn’t have a cool Look and Feel.

    But, for me, Liveagent is the best Helpdesk software at this moment.
