The best Forms plugin for WordPress

I tried various forms plugins but this is the one that gives me the flexibility I need. The drag-and-drop plugins are too limited, they try to make you fit in with their templates and styles, but CF7 lets you format exactly as you want. OK you need a little HTML knowledge, but any web site developer ought to have that anyway.
