The best free site migrator

There are other plugins that can backup and restore in an easier to understand fashion. However, this plugin is the best free plugin as it pertains to migrating sites from one domain to another. I have never had any problems using this plugin to transfer sites from development URL to the production URL or just changing it altogether. I love the ability to wipe the DB before loading as well. This plugin is geared towards a slightly more technical user as you may need to know your DB address, username and password before migrating. If you don’t know this, you can also call your hosting provider for assistance.
