The best member profile plugin

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what the best membership/profile plugin is to use with my WP site. I am looking for something where i can have 2 types of membership areas and ultimately 2 different registration forms. An example would be something like checkatrade where you have a customer login and then a tradesman login, but i need to be able have flexibility in where the user data is stored i.e. MySQL so that we can export if necessary and create searches.
