The best plugin

I have a number of WordPress sites running on MIcrosoft Azure Websites. They’re mostly static (no blog posts or comments) so WP Super Cache made all the sense in the world. That plus the fact that the free MySQL db that comes with an Azure website is crap and creates a performance bottleneck means that caching makes a world of difference.
