    I have purchased 2 of this plugin 2 weeks ago for different website with all addons but i can tell you and i swear this is the best plugin ever. Yhis plugin is very very very powerful. The IT support is very gentle and they are very helpful. Thank you for the developer, he is very intelligent, creating such a complex and easy to use ticketing system.
