The best support EVER, plus a really nice theme

  • Hi guys, I was looking for a template for my new site for a while and came across the Elixar theme. I had to integrate with another plugin for support tickets and decided to try the free version.

    The free version worked pretty good and I liked the design so I thought, ok, gonna try the paid version.

    So I got the paid version and decided to create a child theme as I needed some customizations and then things went wrong. Contacted them and explained the situation and within 24 hours my issue was solved.

    Then I had some other issue which turned out to actually be my fault, but they still went in there and looked into it and got an answer within 24 hours again.

    I just have to say that this is one of the best customer support I have received in a LONG LONG LONG time!!!

    Theme works superb and the paid version is worth every penny of it.
