The best way to present product: page vs project post?

Hi,
Please help me to figure out what is the best way to present a product: page or project post.
I used pages in my previous websites but a new one requires a lot of product pages. In this situation I need a good sorter.
I researched plugin and like one extension for the Visual Composer.
Problem is that this plugin works with posts only.
