The Best WordPress Invoice/Estmate Plugin: SOLID

We are a locksmith service company providing mobile service to homes and business in our local area. Our website built with the popular WordPress has integrated Woocommerce store and online appointment.

For 6 years we have been using a well known online invoice for our business “Zoho Invoice” but what we really wanted was to find a way to integrate invoice and estimate to our wordpress website.

About three month ago I was looking at every plugin available for WordPress that would give us the ability to create invoices/estimates and take payments on our website of the job we did for our clients.

My quest to find the right plugins was not looking good. every plugin I did research on and thoroughly spend many hours reading reviews was concerning. Every review had someone complaining or the support was lacking.

I thought I would just have to deal with the fact that paying for a subscription every month for a service like Zoho Invoice was the only way until I found Sprout Apps.

Sprout Apps has what all others lack; commitment and support. not only does the plugin integrates invoice, estimates and credit card payments it has a Market Place with bunch of add-ons that takes the invoice/estimate integration to another level.

The capabilities that add-ons added to the invoice/estimate was surprising, as I said it took it to another level.

What I was originally looking for in the plugin:

• Invoices & Estimate.
• Get payment from website through Stripe & Paypal.
• Email customers invoices and estimate.

What I gained With add-ons and why the Market place puts this plugin above the rest.

• When estimates emailed having the top button for the customer to accept estimate, and converting the estimate to invoice and get emailed that the estimate was accepted.
• The customer can log in to their account and see invoice history with client dashboard
• E-Signature: This is an excellent add-on that really helped having estimates and invoice signed online, this add-on is really impressive and just works.
• Customers can download a pdf of invoice or estimate

The list of many great add-ons that I like is to long and this review will become lengthy of a review by the time I’m done.

Sprout App is a solid plugin
After about 3 month of using this plugin and several hundred invoices and estimates emailed, collecting payment on the website and getting invoices and estimate signed with WP eSignature, this plugin has not glitched, it just works.

Support from Dam
Dan is always there and available when ever I reached out to him. This is my biggest concerned with paying for pro or developer version of plugins, lack of support and I have about 50 plugins. I’m a big believer in paying for pro or developer version of plugins because Its important for plugin to get updated and patched by their developers.

I have a lot of great thing to say about Sprout Apps and Dan but I didn’t what this to look like some fake inflated review. I’m relieved that I found a reliable plugin with solid support from an honest person like Dan.

If your looking for a solid invoice/estimate plugin with excellent support and many bells and whistles, this is it; well worth the money!
