I love fansites myself. I’m actually looking to develop a fansite for a television show that is only in syndication. ANYWAYS, you have some good structure to your site however, there are many things that I would consider/re-think. First, the logo (even though it is different and nice) it is very small to me doesn’t fit well with the website. Try a hand writing type of font and have a single color (almost like Justin wrote it himself – just some suggestions). Secondly, I’m not real sure what the wood theme has to do with Justin Bieber? You might want to look at a music theme or a general theme with a large embosses photo of him in the background, or a background with a collage of different pics of Justin. Some of the photos on the pages are very large and run into the sidebar and conflict with your sidebar images/content. I would consider having better advertising space control. It seems that the ads are everywhere – you might want to bunch them together and make sure people know that it is advertising space (maybe inviting web users to click on them to help pay for the website). Something else to consider is to have polls on your site (like from poll daddy) to keep you visitors interested and interacting with the site.
I think you have a good site going, but I would really look at organizing your site better. Better organization leads to better use and more people can interact with the site. Good luck!!
