The blog all of a sudden has no posts and no pages

  • my blog https://thenomadicfamily.com today seems to crush.
    the wp admin page shows 0 posts and 0 pages. at the same time, the site itself show the blog layout, the header, the sidebar but not content. it has error 404 for page cannot be found.
    I did the following but not help still:
    contacted the hosting but all good there
    deactivated all plugins
    verified the permalinks were not changed.

    still, the problem exists.
    any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
    this is our family travel blog and must have it up asap.
