The BOGO offers no longer work

    I have the premium version and the Buy X, Get Y (BOGO) offers I created a long time ago no longer work on my site.
    The bogo offer applies automatically because the label is displayed, but the discount doesn’t apply, even though it worked fine in the past.
    I really don’t know what the trouble is.
    I need your help to solve this problem please.
