The box is not showing up

Once the post is published I can see the product name, the photo, the general score, the ptions, pros and cons but they are shown as a plain text. There is no box, no buttons, no colors. Also after every option there’s a vertical line of 10 dots. I think they are what it suppose should be the 10 rating scale points of the slider for each option. I just installed the plugin today and everything is updated and I also purged all the caches. Does may not be compatible with my theme? I′m using orbital theme by orbitalthemes(dot)net. Any solution? Thank you.
