The Box: Resize header and make it visible on smartphones

I am using The Box theme and I would like to resize the header image. Here is a link to the website, https://www.totalwallop.co.uk. Also, the header image doesn’t display at all on smart phones. I’ve been working with these problems and going through the help forums but unfortunately I haven’t found a solution yet.
