    Good morning
Hello, I installed Flexy BreadCrumb, I customized the settings, no problems. I created a custom header with Elementor in which I put the code [flexy_breadcrumb]. When I view the header alone, it’s good, the breadcrumb is well displayed, but it doesn’t appear in the pages in which the header is embedded. It is displayed the code [flexy_breadcrumb].
Thank you for your possible help. Kind regards.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Good evening
As I specified in the first post, the site is developing locally, so I can’t share the url. I’m on wordpress 5.6 and the theme is OceanWP. I created a header in my bookstore in which I put a breadcrumb with Flexy Breadcrumb by putting HTML code [flexy_breadcrumb] . In the header, the breadcrumb is well displayed, but when I put my header in my pages, instead of the breadcrumb it posted “[flexy_breadcrumb]”.
Thank you for the help you can give me.
    Kind regards.

    Hi Joel64,

Since i am not a technical person. Our technical team has left for today.

I have forwarded your concern to the team. They will get back to you within 24 hours.

    Hi Joel,

Could you please explain a bit, how are you adding the short codes?

If you are updating your php files then this —-> <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[flexy_breadcrumb]’); ?> code will work. If you are just customizing WordPress then you must write [flexy_breadcrumb] alone.

As you have stated that you are developing locally so we can’t access your code and tell you what the real problem is. If there is an error in the plugin, the shortcode should not work in any case but in your case it is working on header and not in pages.

Furthermore, please make sure you are putting shortcode in the shortcode block and not in any other blocks.

Please consult your theme developer who can access your code for a better understanding of the problem.

Good evening, thank you Chang. The header I created in my library consists of a title widget, below a text box widget, below the navigation menu widget, below the widget “page title” and finally the short code widget containing the code alone [flexy_breadcrumb]. And to display the header alone, flexy breadcrumb works very well. Then, in the general settings of my oceanwp theme, I indicate the custom header I created in my library so that it appears in all pages and posts; The inside is displayed correctly for all items, but the breadcrumb does not appear.
    Kind regards.

    Good evening
I’m sorry I bothered you, but in fact, there’s no problem, in fact I was only looking at the home page, and in fact, it doesn’t show up on this page, but it shows up correctly on all the others. Thank you, and my apologies.
    Kind regards.
