    Hello,
I’ve tried all I’ve found everywhere but the only WP Optimize issue – the “Unexpected response” at the “Cache / Preload” – still continues to show itself, and doesn’t want to get away.
I’ve started to see this message just after upgrading to WP 5.9.1, and Twenty Twenty-Two theme in January.
Today I’ve already opened the “debugging mode” as well.
Could you help me please to solve it?
    Thank you

  • @estopacz At the first attempt it will display the unexpected response, but if you click it again it will preload the urls.

Please try to click the Preload button again and check if it works?

Thanks, Harshad @bornforphp, sure, I repeated that many time before, I’ve done it just now as well again. The same result as always:
    e-stopa.net says:
    An unexpected response was received.
    OK
I’m prepared to let you look at details if it helps

@estopacz Could you please submit a ticket here: https://getwpo.com/ask-pre-sales-question/

So that we can further investigate on the issue?

I have the same issue. It’s not ‘broken’. It just gives the error message first when I click Run Now on Preload URLs. I click ok, then try a second time and it works. No clue why. Not just one site, all sites bc I use WP-Optimize on all.

@shizart WP-Optimize tries to locate the sitemap.xml file at initial attempt, if it fails to locate then you get the error, but most of the time it works on second attempt.

Thanks, Harshad (@bornforphp), it works better then before now. It does what expected. I only hope that sometimes it will also start showing its “Preload” activity instantly, and not only after the second attempt. That “Unexpected response” window always shows itself to me after the first click on the “Preload” button, and it’s a bit confusing. Nevertheless there is already a way how to make the “Preload” work after that. That’s what I wanted. Thank you once more.
