The Capabilities tab preview is no longer displayed

  • Hey everybody,
    Once it was in place, I didn’t worry about the extension. But at a certain point I realised that the Ally badge was no longer appearing on the pages of my site under construction.
    I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but it didn’t make any difference. Uninstalling it doesn’t help either as my data has been saved in my account. If I try to switch my account, a red shape “Failed to switch account. Please try again.” appears. Further attempts do not change anything! I’ve tried reverting to an earlier version (WP Rollback) but it’s causing a major problem with my WordPress account. I receive an e-mail with the subject line “Your site is experiencing a technical problem” inviting me to contact my web host for assistance in resolving the problem.
    On the ‘Capabilities’ tab, the ‘Preview’ no longer shows the appearance of my window but a discontinuously animated grey mask.
    If anyone has any ideas to help me…

    Hello,
    I’ve just updated to the new version 3.1.0.
    I hoped this would solve my problems. Well, it didn’t! :/
    Nothing has changed!
