the carousel does not work on the main page

  • No carousel works, Testimonial Section Setting doesn’t work, Brand Logos Section Settin doesn’t work. That on the desktop computer. In the mobile to other of those elements the menus do not work. I need help I have the Pro version. I already sent an email to the official website but they have not answered anything.

  • I also got this problem. Neither the Slider or the Carousel are working on mobile or desktop. WordPress 5.6 and Eleganto Pro 1.6
