The case of the vanishing menu

    Hi there Tom,

    I wondered if you could have a quick look at another website where we are using your brilliant “Max Mega Menu”. When you reduce the page size to show it up in mobile the menu completely vanishes. I have turned off plug-ins that I think may cause the problem. But this is not rectified, the error. Do you have any thoughts.

    Hi John,

    The menu is being hidden by this CSS:

    If you delete that CSS the menu should start displaying on mobile.

    Hi there Tom,

    First off, thank you for your help, I don’t know why all of a sudden that CSS snippet made the menu vanish as before we make the site live we test things, it could be a theme update and I will be looking into that today.

    More importantly sorry for my delay in replying to you. I spent a few days in Hospital.
