• Is anybody who has the same problem as me. I try to edit title for section and when ever i do reload the page the information is unsaved. What should i do? thank you

    Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache” button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the cache?

    Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear a cache you don’t have. If you don’t have a caching plugin or a way to clear a server-level cache, just say so. ??

    W3 Total Cache. i have this plugin and also for some other plugins its require updates…

    New Relic is not running correctly. The plugin has detected the following issues:
    PHP module is not enabled.
    PHP agent is not enabled.
    API Key is invalid.
    Account ID is not configured.
    Application ID is not configured. Enter/Select application name.
    License key could not be detected.
    Please review the settings.
    W3 Total Cache error:It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess
    Unfortunately minification will not function without custom rewrite rules. Please ask your server administrator for assistance. Also refer to the install page for the rules for your server.

    here i did add the error that show me when i do check my plugins.. is it the problem why i can’t do the changes and they are not saving? Thank you very much

    Oh, definitely. The cache isn’t working properly, which is why you aren’t seeing changes (the cache isn’t clearing itself).

    I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/w3-total-cache#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
