    Hi.
    I’m having a very big problem with the woocommerce plugin.
    When a customer buys something from our shop, his information is saved (I don’t know where) and it’s displayed again in the Checkout Form when the next customer hits the pay button.

    This is totally against privacy data laws.

    I have been searching on forums and it seems that nobody is having this problem, so I’m unable to indentify the problem.

    Can You please help. It will be much appreciated.

    we’re experiencing the same problem (analog boy – you’re not alone!). If a customer buys a product, during the checkout process the previous cutomers information is shown.

    We can see that a high percentage of customers does not complete the checkout process and we think this privacy issue is part of that.

    We appreciate your help, even if we only get closer to the possible solution.

    If you are using w3tc, the issue lies there. We had similar issue, disabling the page caching at https pages did the job.

    But maybe its different kind of issue..just suggesting

    I agree with pmisun we had a similar issue and it was to do with our caching plugin.

    thank you for your help! Indeed, the trouble maker was “wp super cache” – the caching plugin. We removed it and will soon try other cashing plugins.
