• I am using Woocommerce payments, and the checkout page does not allow me to enter card info. I ran into this problem awhile ago but was able to fix it by moving over to paypal payments instead. I am trying to go back to woocommerce payments so I can allow apple and google pay, however the same issue is happening.

It shows a box for the card info but its blank and you cant click on it. I tried switching my theme to storefront and deactivating all my pugins but nothing has worked. Hoping someone can help.

    Thank you.

  • I can see the card input fields, and I can enter card details. See screenshot below.

But I can also see a million JavaScript errors in the browser console all relating to the WooCommerce Payments plugin, so I don’t know if the checkout will actually go through or not.

And I see this in the checkout page’s HTTP response headers (and all other pages on your site): x-endurance-cache-level: 2. That means the checkout page is being cached by your host.

Caching a checkout page is generally not a good idea and can lead to all sorts of troubles.

So, as a first step, I’ll recommend you log in to your Bluehost hosting control panel and temporarily disable their caching system, then PURGE the existing cache, and test again. See instructions here: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/wordpress-how-to-use-our-page-caching-feature

If disabling the Bluehost caching and purging the cache doesn’t fix the problem, then kindly post in the WooCommerce plugin’s own support forum so the WooCommerce team can look into this for you: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/

    Good luck!
