The company misleads customers; poor customer focus
-
I purchased this product because of all the great reviews. As a small business person that maintains my own website, I was hopeful it would be easy to use. However, after trying it I found it convoluted with too many necessary extensions and not as much smooth and easy functionality as compared to other popup plugins. I requested a refund the SAME day. I was told by “Ani” that refunds are not allowed for product dissatisfaction, and not to treat them like “trial ware” because they offer a free/lite version. I searched their homepage for the words “free, trial, and lite” and could find no matches for a free/lite version to download. Now that I know there is a free/lite version, I feel like we are being purposefully misled. I also no longer trust all those positive reviews as I’ve since discovered there is an easier, more attractive popup solution out there. It’s called “Hustle,” and they clearly promote a FREE 30-day trial, have great customer service, and the plugin is super intuitive to use.
