    We keep getting the “The confirmation code you provided is invalid.” message when trying to confirm. Also, none of the signatures show in the backend. Any ideas?

    My apologies for not replying. I have been overseas and didn’t see this.

    Can you please try de-activating the plugin and reactivating it. There is a bug that this fixes, but I can’t recreate the bug myself to find out the cause.
