The confirmation link in the sign up email isn't linked

Hey, after installing the app and making a few tests and confirmation link that comes with the confirmation mail isn’t clickable (maybe because its always getting into the spam folder)..

anyway, is there a way to add the link address itself into the mail message ? if yes how ?
