"The Connection to Server was Reset" error

  • We are frequently experiencing an error box which reads “The connection was reset: connection to server was reset while the page was loading…please try again” when navigating and loading our web pages. This has been an ongoing problem. Often you need to push ‘retry’ up to 3 or 4 times to make the page work.

    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening/how to stop it!?

  • I would contact your hosting provider and see if there’s something weird going on with their server.

    I would also try deactivating all of your plugins and see if that speeds up your site, but it sounds like your server is the one having issues.
