    We need a web page URL, or more, where we can check the source code to see what is going on and some screenshots of your plugin settings.

    I hope you can understand that, without information, it is very difficult for us to figure out how to reproduce your issue and, eventually, help you to fix it.

    Anyway, if your question is about the automatic resetting time feature, when you use the automatic resetting time feature, that means that after X days, the countdown restart and will be visible again for the user to which had expired.

    The min. n. of days to reset the timer is 1

    You can’t reset the timer at specific time
