The coupon code and coupn value is incorrect

    Hi,

    Do you mean that {coupon_code} and {coupon_value} do not map with your existing coupon in the preview mode?
    Please confirm us What if you check with a real email as well?

    I try to test by enable the popup, but it doesn’t shows

    When I try to submit a request on your site, it shows me “You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.”, but where I can enter the purchase?

    Please first check your setting in this plugin setting to let the coupon box pop up to appear.
