Hi @steffixmadara
I have just tested our plugin version 1.5.0, and it seems to be ok in my test environment. I will describe how I achieved this, the creation of a coupon using the plugin that the customer can use.
1. after installing and activating the plugin, please go to PDF Coupons > Settings and set the order status at which the plugin automatically generates a coupon
2. go to PDF Coupons > Templates and create a coupon template, making sure to include the shorcode [coupon_code]
2. go to products and create a coupon product by checking the PDF Coupon checkbox and filling in the settings in the PDF Coupon tab, including the coupon template
3. select the coupon product to your cart and place the order
4. if the order reaches the status at which the coupon is automatically created (which I have set in point 1), then the PDF coupon is sent to the customer’s email address along with the coupon code
5. the customer can use the coupon code when placing an order
6. the coupon code is available in Marketing > Coupons
If this is how you create a coupon and no coupon code is created in your shop, please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.?
As for your second point, could you describe how you see it, this will allow me to take your idea to the plugin development team. We could probably implement this idea into a plugin.
Best regards
