The created form did not receive any mail notifications

    When I created a form to collect customer information, the form reported success, and when I checked after inputting the information, it notified that it had received the information. HOWEVER, I did not receive any emails regarding the information I just filled out in the form.

    And when I went into the settings of PageLayer, there was no option to enter an email for receiving notifications as shown in the tutorial video.

    I am using the free version.

    Hi @htv03,

    You can add the email address in the Information tab of the Email input field name and check again you are receiving an email or not.

    Hi (@htv03),

    Have you inserted the email address in the Email Input field in the Information tab of the Pagelayer Settings? If not, insert the email address and check again.

    If you still facing the issue you need to create a test.php file and insert the PHP mail function, and check email is coming or not. If the mail is not received you need to use the SMTP mail method to send the email.
