The Credit link is not removed even after clearing cache

  • Hello team,
    just spoke to a chat representative and after his suggestions, I have cleared the cached but still, the Credit link is not removed.
    Let me know how to do that.

    Thank you for your question. I assume you’re referring to browser cache. Could you please also clear cache in cache/speed plugins (if you use any), and check that you don’t have caching on the server side (hoster, Cloudfare etc.)?
