i have quite same issue. each time i save lessons in a course, after saving, they are removed.

seems to be a general issue ?

When editing a course, please enable the debug log of WordPress ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) or you can click the F12 keyboard to inspect -> Console tab and check the JS error.

Same problem here, the only error I find is

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘interceptors’)

Debug from wordpress show nothing useful, tried to switch to a default theme. no useful apache log/errors

started appening with the last version of wordpress and the old one before

Solved by disabling plugin
